Insider's Guide: Nourish & Refine's Nikki Powers

After a year like 2020, what better New Year’s resolution is there than practicing self-care? That’s exactly what Nikki Powers would recommend. The founder of Nourish & Refine, a line of all-natural and conscious wellness products, launched her Alexandria-based company to help women practice self-care while using organic skin care products they can feel good about. “January is the perfect time to recharge,” says Powers. “I encourage you to practice five to 15 minutes of self-care each and every day, then up it to twice daily. It will do wonders for your mind, body and soul!” Here, Powers shares some of her beauty faves and local haunts in NoVA.
